Toni Portmann

Toni currently serves as Chairman of Resolvity.
Prior to being CEO of CAS Partners/Riverstone, Toni was the CEO of Stream, Inc., where she transformed a $75 Million Dollar Contact Services division of Software Spectrum into a global BPO leader with revenues exceeding $530 Million Dollars with 30 contact centers in 16 countries and over 15,000 employees handling voice and electronic support inquiries for the High Tech, Telco and Consumer Electronics industry verticals. Prior to that Ms. Portmann served as vice president and corporate officer for Diebold, Inc., where she managed sales and services for the western half of the US and she spent 17 years with IBM Corporation in sales, marketing, and management roles. Ms. Portmann holds a bachelor of business administration from Boise State University.

Krishnamurthy T.V.G

Krishnamurthy T.V.G is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience working in board level positions at multi-nationals like Cadbury and Kalbe Group. His executive experience spans multiple industry segments including Engineering, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Products. He brings to Resolvity his extensive functional experience in production, marketing, sales, profit-center management, and mergers and acquisitions. He works actively with the management teams helping them strategize, develop unique competitive advantages, and build operational competencies. He holds a BS from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Marc Lowe

Marc, a successful technology executive based in the Silicon Valley, is currently Vice President and General Manager at Adaptec, a leading provider of storage solutions and hardware products. Marc brings to Resolvity his strategic market insights and operational planning capabilities honed over several years of leadership roles in large companies like Adaptec and Hewlett-Packard, and start-ups like New Moon Systems (acquired by SUN Microsystems). At Adaptec, he helped grow revenues from $50MM to over $500 MM over five years. Marc holds an MBA from UCLA and BS from the University of California at Davis.
