Resolvity’s NLCR application for service providers is an intelligent personalized “front-door” application that allows callers to describe the reason for their call in their own words. The application is capable of accurately routing customers to over 60 valid targets or destinations (called “route points”). Callers benefit from quicker and more accurate routing to the correct destinations. NLCR is an excellent way for service providers to realize the benefits of speech recognition vis-à-vis touchtone applications.
